November) beim Türkischen Windenergie-Kongress (TWEC) in Istanbul. Schulze Südhoff nahm dort an einer Paneldiskussion zum Thema “Advancing Turbine Technologies and the Turkish Market from a Global Perspective” teil.
‘“ENERCON Quality”, competitive wind turbines like the E-175 EP5, E-160 EP5 and E-138 EP3 as well as customer-oriented services set us apart from the competition and deliver clear added value to our customers’, the ENERCON CCO said during the event hosted by the Turkish Wind Energy Association (TWEA).

He said that the company’s focus was on platform-based, modular primary products that can be adapted at customer’s request to suit each project. This makes possible rapid time-to-market and series production ramp-up and also contributes to cost reduction and more stable supply chains. ‘We ensure “ENERCON Quality” through close cooperation with our development and vendor partners and through early involvement of our customers and service providers. Add to this meticulous site assessment and wind farm layout, active risk management and the courage to say no once in a while’, Schulze Südhoff explained. ‘“ENERCON Quality” and competitive products are crucial to us. They are our success factors in times of recovery.’
As a provider of integrated solutions for the connected Green Energy Ecosystem, ENERCON supports its customers in the realization of onshore wind energy projects. To fully unlock project potential, the company combines its high-performance, high-yield wind turbines with complementary solution components and services, enhancing customer benefits and the overall value of wind energy. The range of the solution portfolio, from which customers can select modules according to their requirements, extends from planning and installation to management and control, service and maintenance, and optimisation of system performance during the operational phase.
As a pioneer in renewable energy with over 40 years of experience and a deep understanding of the demands of a changing energy system, ENERCON’s scope has always extended beyond mere wind turbines. With the mission ‘Energy for the World’, the company has been committed to sustainable energy generation from onshore wind since 1984. Thanks to its innovative turbine technology, high quality standards, and an installed total capacity of more than 65 gigawatts, ENERCON is among the world’s leading renewable energy companies.
With extensive expertise in the area of ‘holistic project development’, ‘connected operation’, and ‘smart optimisation’, a dense service network, and a broad network of partners and service providers, ENERCON is a competent and reliable partner for its customers in all project phases. Headquartered in Aurich, Lower Saxony, the company employs around 13,000 people at administrative, sales, production, and service locations worldwide.

As part of ENERCON’s identity as a provider of solutions for the connected energy ecosystem, it is essential to remove obstacles that stand in the way of successfully implementing customer projects. In some regions, for example, there are complex height and distance limitations that prevent the use of standard towers from the product portfolio. Thanks to ENERCON’s flexible tower development, customers in such cases – assuming a positive economic assessment – can rely on competitive alternatives, as demonstrated by the example of the new 120meter hybrid steel tower for the flagship E175 EP5 E2 model.
